• On all online payments, bank gateway charges will be applicable at 3% of the total amount.
• Registration for children below 5 years is complimentary. (Govt. Age ID Proof is Mandatory).
• Registration fees include admission to the scientific halls, trade exhibition, inaugural function, lunches/dinners and delegate kit.
• Make sure to mention the email ID & mobile number that you use regularly. As it will be used for the registration receipt and other conference communication.
• The organizing committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date/venue due to unforeseen reasons.
• Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays/failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
• All delegates must carry their photo ID (government-approved) for a smooth registration procedure.
• It is mandatory to submit a letter from the Head of the Department for registration in PG category & Senior Residents & AORA Fellows.
• For spot registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of cash/card/UPI. The disbursal of the delegate kit for the same will be subject to availability.
• GST of 18% will be applicable in the above mentioned total amount.
• For Nurses/ Paramedical staff, registering only for the workshop- The registration fees includes course materials and working lunch.
NOTE : No registration cancellation request will be entertained after “01st July 2025”.

• An online payment facility is available. The same can be accessed by online registration.
• Offline Payment: Delegates who wish to pay by Cheque /DD may draw the same in favour of “M/S Dayanand Medical College & Hospital Managing Society” and send it along with a duly filled registration form to the Conference Secretariat.

• 50% refund, if cancelled before 31st Jan 2025.
• 25% refund, if cancelled before 30th June 2025.
• No refund, if cancelled after 01st July 2025.
• Payment shall be refunded after 1 month of the conference, refund of payment will be processed online.
