Terms & Conditions :

• IMPORTANT: Rooms are on a first-come-first-serve basis, subject to availability.
• Single Occupancy: Only one person can stay.
• Double Occupancy: Only two people can stay.
• Standard Check-in time at the Hotels is 2 pm (1400 hours) IST.
• Standard checkout time is noon (1200 hours) IST.
• In case you are arriving early, the room has to be booked from the previous night for immediate occupancy.
• The Government reserves the right to revise the taxes. The same shall be applicable.
• Rooms will be confirmed only against 100% advance payment.
• Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and additional charges will be applicable.
• This tariff covers only bed and breakfast. Any other personal expenses such as telephone calls, food & and beverage bills, room service, laundry and use of mini bar should be paid by the guest directly to the hotel at the time of check out or at the time of ordering the required service, as per the hotel's policy.
• Hotels once booked will be non-refundable. Post confirmation of the hotel booking, 100% retention charges will be applicable for any cancellation received. The name change is possible until 30 days before the check-in date.

• NOTE: Additional room charges for children have to be paid directly at the hotel as per their running tariffs.
